Cancellation & Return Policy

  1. The Cancellation needs to be done within 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours no cancellation query shall be entertained.
  2. When the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of online payment) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment is made.
  3. When a refund is to be made due to sizing issues from the customer’s end then the amount will be refunded in the form of a Credit Voucher.
  4. We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step. When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail.
  5. At the closure of your refund, we shall send you a closure mail.
  6. In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.
  7. Online refunds will be done in 4 to 5 Business days.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE

Returns can be made in the following ways:

  2. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. The return shall only be accepted in the original packaging. Any items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and shall be sent back to the customer.
  3. The customer needs to inform us within 2 business days from the date of receiving the parcel.
  4. After validating the product, if we found that your return is valid then we will send you an authorizing mail for the return procedure. Please be informed that the customer has made sure that we should receive the return package within 7 days of us sending you the authorizing email
  5. This whole process will be expected to take at least 12-14 days.
